Discipline. Males got lessons from fathers, girls from mothers, strict unquestioning behaviour demanded.

Customs. Zulu had a strict Moral code, an act of immorality was unpardonable crime. Self control and self respect was taught to the women of the race by the strictest of customs called ukuhlonipha, meaning many things were tabooed.

Religion. The Bantu of South Africa are a race that never bowed their knees to Idols made of men, hence are often spoke of having no religion, but they had. They worshipped in Spirit. They knew there was the creator Umvelinqnagi, one who came first.

A noble race. We can see there are many lessons we can learn from the lives of our forefathers, for they had a system by which they formed habits of orderliness, civility, cleanliness, unselfishness, self respect.
